About Bike Friendly Kalamazoo

Bike Friendly Kalamazoo is raising funds to support bringing the Kindergarten Learn-to-Ride program to the schools in Kalamazoo County and to the school districts of Lawton, Mattawan and Paw Paw. 

With local efforts led by Bike Friendly Kalamazoo whose service area encompasses these elementary schools, we are partnering to bring the Kindergarten PE Program to the greater community! 

To date Bike Friendly Kalamazoo has raised over $25,000, helping to place the program at Climax-Scotts Elementary, Edison Elementary, Washington Writers Academy Elementary, Trinity Lutheran School, and Schoolcraft Elementary.

Each $10 donation teaches one kindergartner how to ride a bike in school! This fundraising page is dedicated to teaching as many kids to ride as possible.
