    Great idea! I hope that it is implemented in a gentle way, with no pressure but just positive encouragement and a laid back approach. My child is in kindergarten now—maybe you can extend this to first graders or anyone in the school who wants to learn?

About Cumru Elementary School

"Cumru Elementary School is a Title 1 school in the Governor Mifflin School District. A lot of our students do not have access to bikes and the proper safety gear such as helmets. I would love to teach our kindergarten students (current and future!) how to properly and safely ride a bike! Our district campus is set up so that as students get older they can bike to school if they know how and have the resources. I would love to get my students jump started on learning how to ride a bike to promote a lifetime of learning and physical activity! Thank you!"- PE Teacher, Jordan G.

Cumru Elementary School is seeking support for a complete Kindergarten PE Program, including a fleet of 22 Strider AKB-Specific Bikes, helmets, pedal conversion kits, one Strider 20-inch Bike for teacher instruction, and curriculum.
