About Irving Pertzsch Elementary

"The All Kids Bike program will allow our school to expand our PE curriculum and help our littlest students learn how to ride on two wheels. As students progress through the school system, they are able to take bike-focused PE classes in middle school and high school but some students feel they cannot participate because they never learned to ride a bike either because they had a barrier to access (no bike) or they didn't have the same support system as other children. This program will help us close the gap so all of our students can be comfortable, confident, and independent riders." Ambassador Randi P. 

Irving Pertzsch Elementary School is seeking support for a complete Kindergarten PE Program, including a fleet of 24 Strider AKB-Specific Bikes, helmets, pedal conversion kits, one Strider 20-inch bike for teacher instruction, 2 steel rolling storage racks, and curriculum.
