    Happy to support Jackson Public School and their amazing PE teacher, Jess W. by bringing bikes to the "classroom." As her big city sister, I've seen first hand the heartbreaking reality that many of today's youth will grow up lacking the invaluable life skill of being able to ride a bike.     What an awesome program - the world is at your doorstep when you learn to peddle your bike. Heading to the playground on your bike, biking around town with friends, or just peddling with your family - all were sources of endless fun for my kids! I'm excited for the Jackson Elementary kids to start this.

About Jackson Public School

"Jackson Elementary is part of the Ponca Public School District. Students who attend this school primarily live in the rural northeast Nebraska communities of Ponca and Jackson, which are both great areas for kids to ride bikes recreationally. I believe this program will benefit the students at Jackson Elementary by building students' confidence while also improving their mobility, balance, and health. These attributes alone will greatly increase mental wellness and overall happiness. Learning to ride a bike is a key developmental milestone that can now be available to all of our students." - PE Teacher, Jessi W.

Jackson Public School is seeking support for a complete Kindergarten PE Program, including a fleet of 24 Strider AKB-Specific Bikes, helmets, pedal conversion kits, one Strider 20-inch Bike for teacher instruction, and curriculum.
