The bike unit encourages an active life-long fitness and will provide the understanding to many of my students who do not own a bike at home, imparting valuable lifelong habits in students. Furthermore, it introduces essential safety practices, educating them on the importance of wearing helmets and adhering to traffic rules.

 Lastly, the unit provides a refreshing and exciting alternative to traditional physical education activities, catering to diverse interests and ensuring a well-rounded fitness experience for all students as I love integrating non-traditional sport units into my curriculum for our students.
