About Pete Mirich Elementary

"Our school started taking part in the program Wish for Wheels last year, where each student in 2nd grade receives a bicycle from donors. There were several handfuls of students who could not ride a bike because they did not have an opportunity at home. Our school discussed that through the program All Kids Bike, we could set our students up for success when it comes time for them to receive their bikes. We also see this program as an opportunity to provide students with the ability to participate in an activity that can be enjoyed for a lifetime." PE Teacher, Nikki P. 

Pete Mirich Elementary School is seeking support for a complete Kindergarten PE Program, including a fleet of 24 Strider AKB-Specific bikes, helmets, pedal conversion kits, one Strider 20-inch bike for teacher instruction, 2 steel rolling storage racks, and curriculum.
