About Riverview Elementary

"Riverview Elementary is a Title 1 Community School in Lansdowne, MD. Our students live at the poverty level and all qualify for free and reduced meals. Through grants and partnerships we wish to bring opportunities to our students that they would otherwise never experience. This program would provide equitable access to the pivotal childhood experience of learning how to ride a bike, something that all students regardless of socioeconomic status deserve to learn. Our students are kind, caring, and selfless despite their circumstances in life and we would love to see the joy and pride that would come from All Kids Bike and the transformative work you do in school communities like ours!" Riverview Elementary School is seeking support for a complete Kindergarten PE Program, including a fleet of 21 Strider AKB-Specific Bikes, helmets, pedal conversion kits, one Strider 20-inch bike for teacher instruction, 2 steel rolling storage racks, and curriculum.
